I absolutely LOVE these little gems! These are so cute to do and you can create just about any style/color/pattern you want! I have been such a busy bee this weekend.

School starts tomorrow and I am so tired, but I almost can't sleep. Guess there is just so much to do.

Have a great week ya'll!

Shabby Chic Cuffs

My mother is a sewing fool. She has been creating these cuffs and I think they are absolutely adorable! I don't know how she does it. I am ignorant when it comes to needles and thread, but I think her designs are just precious. The last one she did was denim. She sells them for 16.00 and loves making them, designing them, whatever!

You can find us on Facebook @ Off the Beaten Path Creations!!

Gettin Corky

Today I finished the a new product. Mini cork boards. These, I think, would be great in a small office space or a bedroom. I am all the time trying to think of ways to organize and come up with functional products...kinda like the clip boards and the office "sand bucket". I loved putting this together. I mainly created it for a Southern Raised female (Like myself), but I would think this could be created for many different makes of people.Check it out below and let me know if ya want one!

Bails

OK so I broke down and bought some bails. 50 for 7.50? Not sure if that is the best deal, but I need to get my stuff done for the holidays. Keep watching for new items!

Have a great night and God Bless!

Creative juices

WHAT A DAY! Mom was painting this morning and we have decided to start incorporating my paper art and her artistic ability to put a picture on a canvas! Castles, drangons and princesses! Haunted houses, ghoules, witches and skeleton! Oh the fun we are gonna have with all this. I got an idea for a cork board today. It is small, but is PERFECT for a child's bedroom. They are always wanting to put things on the wall so give them a place to do so! The theme right now is GRITS (Girls Raised In The South). I can't wait to get started on it (Actually I already have, but haven't put paint to the project before I can alter the board).

The jewelry is slow going. I am trying to figure out a cost effective yet cute way to attach pendants to cording. I DO NOT want to use the expensive bails everyone else does, but I need to come up with something I can do with out my talented father's help. So frustrating.

Anyways, it is all still a work in progress. At least a finished an order today and have my BOSTON bracelet on and ready to go to the game! GO RED SOX!!!

Love Ya! Sami

Brainstorming

Bought a new cartridge today (Paper Doll Dress Up). I have been using it and coming up with some adorable designs! Can't wait to put them to work. In the meantime, I am still trying to work on my team bracelets and jewelry. UGH, I haven't received my diamond glaze yet to this is kind delaying my creations being distributed, but it will be here soon.

Well, till next time :)

Twilight

I was talking to my Mom this morning about Twilight and wondered. What happen to all the hype? I love it still and cannot wait for the new movie to come out. I am working on some stuff for the new movier "Breaking Dawn"! Hopefully I'll pull some cool stuff together.

The more stuff I collect with this business the more fluent I feel in creating all my little treasures!

Epithany!

OK. So the 3M spray adhesive is my answer to the pencil holder dilemma! So excited. Look at the pictures on my page and you'll see what I mean.

I created some new bracelets today. Geeze, it is difficult to find resin bracelets. Either they've been discontinued OR they just don't exist. I an hoping maybe to one day dabble in Resin making a little. Till thenI'll just have to settle for what I've got.

So Texas A & M is REALLY big down here in the loan star state so I created some Aggies bracelets today too. They are TOO CUTE! I can't wait to get some fee back from people.

I am going shopping for clothes and supplies tomorrow! Wish me luck!

New on the Block

Whoohoo! I am so glad I finally have a blog of some sort. Not everyone uses FaceBook so I think this will be a great way for me to still communicate with my scrapbooking community!

So I've been working like a mad woman. School starts next week and I just can't seem to get enough done. This week I have created journals, clipboards, bracelets.....I just keep coming up with more ideas. Anyways, I am trying to figure out a new product. It's a pencil holder, but it's made of plastic. My Dad is trying to help me figure out what would be the best adhesive for the job. I think I have it. I'll keep you posted :)
